Bit of a Legal kerfuffle going on, I “signed” a “contract” to a small group of developers I knew through a personal friend at the time, I was young and dumb at the time and signed it to them. Very quickly realizing they were not capable of developing Husk I stopped working with them. They recently uploaded a lot of my art (directly taken from this blog) so I filed a DCMA and they have ignored it and re-uploaded the art.

Now heres the funny part, the “contract” I signed is incredibly vague/has no set beginning or end date/has grammatical errors/is void in many many ways.

I signed in 2012, in Nova Scotia the age of majority is 19, I was 18. Minors can not sign contracts (I couldn’t even sign for my own PHONE at the time) so sorry boys, the contract was void the day you wrote it. Please stop taking my art.

Please continue development on this game. I'd hate to see so much potential and talent go to waste.

the project will most likely start from scratch again

this decision is probably for the best.

Husk Achievement Ideas (references woooooooo)
Get out of here: As a Stalker run out of a room within a second of it's lights being turned on.
Shot in the dark: Kill a Stalker just by turning on the lights.
The rest, is silence: Kill every single Husk in less than 5 Minutes.
Shadow of Chernobyl: Kill the Stalker in less than 5 Minutes.
The repair man: Restore power via a fuse box 10 times.
Survival of the unfittest: Be the last Husk remaining in a round.

Besides, I’m Canadian, as far as I know we aren’t completely compatible with that just yet. but so far this game has been developed on no budget so we’ll see how long we can keep it that way.
